HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEM?

Prices on our website are in US ($).  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX?

kar&chach does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of Florida, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipments are handled by USPS/FedEx.  Orders will not be shipped to P.O Boxes. All orders are processed Monday through Friday and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We are more than happy to work with International clients. Please contact us if you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of the US.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with your kar&chach purchase please send us an email and we will email you the return address label.  Only unused items in its original packaging may be returned and within 5 working days from the delivery date. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

Special orders are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange purchases. You may return your item and place a new order for the item of interest.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

If something breaks on your bag simply send us an email and we will try our best to assess the problem.  Please keep in mind that the leather/thread/hardware necessary for your repair may not be in stock and a different color leather/thread/hardware may be used. Repairs may take up to 6 weeks. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it.  If shipping address entered was incorrect please contact us immediately.

NOTE

All orders are subject to availability.  Occasionally we may not be able to restock a particular leather/hardware.  If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within  5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
